Alfonso Rocco Linardi
 

Professional man dedicated to many-sided activities. In his biographical background he combines academic engagement with a passion without boundaries for the Arts and an almost religious vocation for the culture of recovery and restoration of historic and artistic heritage.

Professor Linardi created the "Alfonso Monfardini" Art & Culture Center dedicated to the painter-sculptor (Mantua 1877-1965) and he reorganised of his collection of paintings, which includes the important "Still Life ", and selected works exhibited in 1950 during the XXV edition of the Venice Biennale.

Graduated in Philosophy at the University of Bologna he is lecturer, since 1974 on the Rolls of teachers in the province of Mantua, holder of the chair for teaching Psychology, Pedagogy, Philosophy and History in schools and high schools.

In the school year 1974/75, following ministerial appointment he was professor of Psychology at the teacher’s diploma course for the class 38 - literary subjects - Institutes of second grade, held at ITC "A Pitentino" Mantua, the course was attended by more than 100 graduates.

He attended numerous courses and seminars on "Human Resource Management" and "Docimological Systems", the study of scientific criteria to evaluate the capacity of individuals and groups.
He was appointed commissioner of Psychology, government commissioner and President of the State Examination Commision several times.

In 1984 Professor Linardi created with innovative farsightedness, the Center for Psychology of work and the Taylor school (CPL & Taylor srl), a company of the advanced tertiary sector member of Assindustria, leader in management training, research and staff selection for businesses.

He was owner and scientific director of this company for more than 20 years, until 26-01-2007, the date when the know-how and the mark were sold to third parties.

Since the Academic Year 2000/2001 he has been lecturer of Editorial Techniques - Faculty of Engineering - University of Pavia – branch of Mantua.
 
He is author of researches on:

"How to write a winning professional CV"

He attended several seminars and Master on Ergonomics and Docimology in Los Angeles, New York, Calgary (Canada).

He is collaborator of some newspapers and associate member of SIPS - Italian Society of Scientific Psychology and Company' Lombarda of Psychology.

He was lecturer in the following seminar conferences:
• "The role of the psychologist in sport associations" - Adm. Prov.of Mantua -1988
• "Quality management" - Assindustria - Mantua 1993
• "The staff motivation " - Assindustria - Mantua 1996
• "Precise and effective communication" - Fed. Prov. Coldiretti- Mantua 2004

He was appointed member of the Organizing Committee of the World Conference "Kinetic Equations: Direct and Inverse Problems" Mantua - May 2005, 15-17 promoted by the Faculty of Engineering - Department of Mathematics "F. Casorati" - University of Pavia – Branch of Mantua. ( See poster with the program of the conference).

Since 12-04-2007 he has took over the direction of the Gallery Museum Valenti Gonzaga in Mantua.
